Want to Meet the Founders?Quincy’s began after our small group of friends from the Philadelphia area vacationed together one summer in Maine. During our trip, we were blown away by the tasty and delicious lobster rolls of the quintessential New England area. Having traditionally spent our weekends and summers at the Jersey Shore, we decided to launch our own concept bringing that awesome New England cuisine to our traditional summer destination. In May of 2015, we opened our first location in Cape May, NJ. Since the summer of 2015, the popularity and lore of Quincy’s lobster rolls has grown. We now operate locations in Sea Isle City, the Ocean City and Wildwood boardwalks, two restaurants in Cape May and our first franchisee in LBI. Our goal has been to provide family-friendly dining while consistently serving the highest quality lobster rolls at an affordable price. We are excited to share our “taste of Maine” with everyone visiting the Jersey Shore and to move beyond our “home market” into new vacation destinations with aspiring restaurant and franchise owners!

Having our franchise owners make money owning their own Quincy’s restaurant (or a few) would be so very rewarding and make us the happiest guys in the world
